I am Fred Redekop. I have been a pastor for almost 30 years. I resigned from the Floradale Mennonite Church  at the end of August 2016. I am waiting for the next part of my journey to be revealed to me. I have begun the new journey by taking a job with MCC Ontario in Kitchener. My wife and I have worked for Mennonite Central Committee in Europe, Thailand, Vietnam and Washington D.C. We have five children, and one grandchild. My writing has been described as memoir, with a sermon at the end. I try to listen well to people, the creation, the Bible and to the Lord of the Starfields.
